Noah Biorkman is a young boy stricken with cancer. His family doesn’t think he’ll make it to Christmas, so, they want to have as many people as possible to send him cards now.

My friend, Scott T. Hill, brought this to my attention via Facebook:

“A 5 yr old boy in MI is in the last stages of a 2 1/2 yr battle with Neuroblastoma Cancer. Noah & his family are celebrating X-mas next week since he may not make it through Dec. Noah’s request for X-mas was to get a lot of Christmas cards in the mail. Let’s fulfill his request!!! Send cards to: Noah Biorkman 1141 Fountain View Circle South Lyon, MI 48178..Copy and Repost! Let’s show this child how special he is:)”

So I wanted to see if I could help.

Since my wife, Lynn, is busy writing for NaNoWriMo, she asked me to guest blog for musical mondays.

I love music, and I’m always impressed by musicians and how they produce music.   I heard some trivia this weekend.  The song “I Can’t Go for That” by Hall and Oates,  was a actually sampled by Michael Jackson for the intro to “Billy Jean”    So….I picked this song.  Try to hear it.

You can say what you want about Hall and Oates (cheesy, big mustache, etc).  But, to date they are still the number 1 selling duet of all time.  They produced something like 7 number 1 songs in the 80’s!!!  Enjoy.

Oh, and Lynn,  get back to work

Happy Friday, everyone.  Hope your week has been treating you fairly well. I’ve been hunched over the keyboard most of the week pounding out some word counts for the NaNoWriMo.
